For the Jabodetabek area, delivery via GoSend Instant takes 2–3 hours. For areas outside Jabodetabek via JNE REG, delivery is estimated to take 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

We currently offer GoSend Instant in the Jabodetabek area. This service is available every day, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 hours after the order is confirmed.

You can track your order through the “My Orders” page on our website using your order number and the WhatsApp number you provided at checkout.

Size exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving the product, provided the product is still in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with the tag still attached). Contact us via WhatsApp for further instructions.

If the product you receive is defective or does not match your order, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product and include a photo of the product. We will process the replacement as soon as possible.

We do not currently offer cash-on-delivery (COD) service. Payments can be made via bank transfer, e-wallet, or credit card through our payment gateway.

Every BHRE product is made from select materials such as linen, stretch nylon, wool, and cashmere cotton. Material details are available on each product page.

BHRE currently operates online. We occasionally set up pop-up stores and participate in bazaars—follow us on social media for the latest updates.
